Agate comes mainly in red / orange / brown / black with patterns, stripes, and/or banding. Colours outside of this are mostly colour inhanced.Agate is known to increases strength & courage, restores bodily energy, and tends to promote longevity. Good for harmonizing, mellowing, stomach pain, acceptance and physical comfort. Removes envious thoughts and spite, while easing stressful situations.
Also good for general protection and very effective for protecting children. Helps in healing, especially blood disorders, skin and intestines. Agates, especially banded, are good for meditation.
